At Jeff & Angela Toronto, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, we understand that there may be situations where you would like to return an item. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties.
1. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

A return request may only be made after you have physically received the item.

Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.

All returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, and must be returned in original condition, including all tags and labels still attached.

Trying on an item is allowed; wearing it beyond fitting is not permitted.

Intentional bulk ordering (e.g., ordering multiple sizes with the purpose of returning part of the order) is not allowed and may be refused.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Return Process

Submit your return request by contacting us at info@jeffangelatoronto.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

After your request is reviewed, you will receive the return shipping address of our fulfillment partner (located in China).

Return the item at your own cost. This includes shipping fees, customs duties, and postal charges.

We strongly recommend using a shipping service that provides track & trace to ensure safe delivery.
We are not responsible for lost return parcels that do not include tracking.
3. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and it has been confirmed that it meets the conditions stated above, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 14 business days after the item arrives at the return address for the refund to be processed.
4. Liability Disclaimer

We are not responsible for lost or undelivered items if the tracking information shows the package was delivered to the customer’s provided address.

If an incorrect or incomplete address was provided during checkout, the responsibility lies with the customer.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
